THE DETAILS WE LOVE

Catarina flats are made out of 100% high quality leathers. 

On the outside, they are made out of goat leather fur with a beautiful bow in suede goat leather. The lining is made out of goat leather, and the sole made out of natural leather, with a lightly padded insole for greater comfort. The heel is 15mm high.

HOW IT FITS

This model fits true to size, but in case you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the largest one. If you have any doubts, we strongly suggest that you contact us at info@chiaraolivia.com.ar so we can assist you on choosing the right size. Additionally, to choose your size, you may rely on the measures that we share with you below (We use ARG sizing).

All Chiara Olivia Shoes are lovingly handcrafted by highly skilled craftsmen, and made with high quality leathers and materials, which must be treated with great care to assure they will last longer.

SHIPPING

Your shoes will be nicely and carefully boxed as soon as we receive your order, as we care deeply that you receive them in perfect conditions and asap. Please allow between 5 to 7 business days for you to receive them at home. Please kindly notify us in case your order is a gift to someone special, so we can take care of wrapping it accordingly. 

RETURNS

To make sure that you dont have the need to exchange for another size, and do not incur in re-shipping costs, we will contact you to assure that you chose the correct size for you. But, we gladly accept exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date, and as long as the shoes are in their original box and in perfect conditions.
